Petstock Craigieburn

I came in today to buy some corydoras and was served by Andrew. Andrew was a wonderful help and had excellent customer service skills. The store was organised and clean. It was nice to see betas in a tank with a filter instead of in cups.

Went in today to purchase puppy food for my new husky, received very helpful advice from a staff. He was great and I am very pleased with the information he provided. I am intending to send my puppy to the puppy training soon but wish I had more reviews to look at before enrolling.

I love petstock in almost every way .. the staff are amazing always.. BUT THE PRICES HAVE GONE UP .. making it more difficult for many people to continue trying to do their best for their very much loved family members

Came 5 min late all the way from 40 min driveAnd the lady on reception said you have to come back we can’t see your dog because your Kate 5 min as we already notified that we stuck in traffic. While we are talking to her on counter she is refusing to see and just walked away and shut the door.

The groomers at Craigieburn PETstock were AMAZING! My two dogs desperately needed a groom. My two dogs are anxious dogs and the grooming staff in Craigieburn were really kind and patient with my two doggos. Not only did they reassure me, they did an amazing job on my two dogs. My doggos left happy as well as looking like show puppies! Will be back :)

I went for my pet dogs yearly vaccination it was a good experience but bit of waiting other than that the vet who advice to me was really good and good listener

We kept coming to this store since it was open. We used to be happy with the products but even more with the staff. They always had useful advices for us and they were kind and approachable. However, our last experience was very disappointing. My dougther saved money for three fish and was very excited to get them. We asked the staff member for her assistance but we got very unhelpful information. She tried to force us to get 100l tank for 3 fish; she totally ignored our questions, wishes and knowledge (we have been proud owners of fish for over five years). Her attitude was rude and she left our dougther in tears. We decided not to get other things we needed (for our dog) and left. We are not coming again - we will try some new shop hoping that they could offer us positive experience.
