Decent beers and large portions (steak sandwich and a burger). Would have gone for pizza if there were some traditional pizzas on offer. Very nice setting for the indoor seating / dining and the outside beer garden. Welcoming people.

Great atmosphere, open air or cosy fireplace in a rustic building or sit and sip on a flavoured cider in tropical gardens. Great music and caravanning opportunities. Dog friendly too.

We were there as guests for their wedding.Have driven past heaps of time and always said we must pop in. We'll we weren't disappointed.Lovely venue for whatever you need. Camping sites too.

Had an absolute ball at Sublime for New Years Eve. We were just looking for somewhere to rest our heads for the evening, but got so much more. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of space for all sizes of camping setup. The brewery is lovely, with rainforest gardens outside and a rustic interior. The staff were incredible - super friendly and really well organised. The food for the evening was great as well - delicious spread and very well priced! Thanks for a wonderful stay :-)

Easter Saturday…. The camp ground was the busiest we had seen.The poor kitchen staff were overwhelmed. We booked our table, ordered at 1.30 and 2 hours and 40 minutes later , the children’s meals our starters and main meals arrived cold.We won’t be back . Have not received any refund as promised, and we are over asking .If the camp is full, keep on driving, to Tin Can or Rainbow.Sad because we really favour supporting local.

4 Stars for the venu but 3 for our food. We had 4 meals, 2 were great however my pie crust base was like stone and the perfect looking pizza had the base burned. Staff were friendly and our waitress offered a free glass of wine. There are lots of garden areas with covered seating and a large barn type building for dining and the stage. The smoking area could be further away as I could smell the smoke at table 23. From 1pm on Sunday 16th October there was live music, not too loud and very enjoyable.It's a 20 minute drive from Gympe and well signed, ok parking and they had camping areas. If they ever install cabins I would consider staying.

Loved our 2 night stay at Sublime! Large grassy area for tents, camper trailers and caravans. Toilets provided during the pub hours but byo for overnight. Pizza's are amazing! Prices for food and drinks are pretty good not overly expensive. Very impressed with this little gem of a place and we will definitely return.

This place is awesome. Very relaxing weekend stay.Great value to stay in a caravan or camp.There in-house brewery make an awesome array of beer to try walking distance from the campsight.Food is great and deciant size.Pizza's are awesome very hard to fault.Must try there lime infused beer .
