Ive been using Your Grocer for about 3 years. The quality and range of the food is excellent - Noticeably better than supermarket fare! I love that i get to support local independent businesses too. Most importantly, their customer service is excellent - the website is easy to use, and i can set up regular lists, they are great on advising and asking about product substitutions, and always let you know when the delivery is due.

Items purchased were fresh, of good quality and arrived as promised.Aso there are lots of varieties and it saves lots of time to order online than visiting various markets.

I am sorry to only be leaving a review for this incredible company now. I am so sad to see them shutting their doors after several years of amazing work; I really hope there is some chance of a revival in the future. Best of luck to the amazing team at YourGrocer, you truly went above and beyond to bring the best produce to the suburbs. If there is any chance of a crowdfund, please keep your email list in the loop!

I've been using Your Grocer since Aussie Farmers Direct shut down. I love everything about the service and quality of food. Having market fresh food delivered to your door is a real treat. The team are really lovely, especially the delivery people, and I really appreciate the little things like someone sending a text when an item is out of stock to ask about a replacement. I've NEVER had an issue with the food or service and highly recommend Your Grocer.

Your Grocer has been saving me time and frustration for about a year now. I absolutely love the range, the support is exceptional and the quality of the products / vendors they partner with amazing (think your favourite butcher, fish shop and veggie market but you didn’t even need to go). Late last night, I ordered a vegetable box from Mornington Peninsula and it arrived this afternoon. Amazing! There are two reasons that I am not giving 5 stars. First, there have been multiple occasions where items have been missing from my orders. To their credit, your grocer immediately refund or sort me out with a next day delivery. But if I need the steak that night, sometimes that isn’t fab. Second, is their website. I really wish the search was more powerful and I had better filter options. Given this is the primary way I find products, I sometimes have FOMO that there are great things I haven’t surfaced or I have to ask support for help. eg. searching for chillies, I had to type “fresh chillies” when I typed “chillies”- nothing came up. I suspect this might have more to do with the store than your grocer. I’d love to give 4.5/5! I won’t be unsubscribing anytime soon.

FANTASTIC service! Tend to get an order every fortnight or month, and so good to have access to beautiful quality food from all over the Melbourne markets. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and love how they give the option to substitute anything that may be out of stock. I also ask for the sellers to label things so I can freeze without opening, they always do this for me :) HIGHLY reccomend!!

Fantastic service. All of the best food in Melbourne delivered direct to your door. Feels good to be able to support local businesses and markets. The admin staff are wonderful! Any mistakes (which are few and far between) are rectified straight away.

Really friendly customer service and delivery was seamless. We needed our groceries delivered to our apartment door during isolation and YourGrocer was one of the easiest communication and best delivery services we experienced during this time. (Had quite a few other deliverers unable to read instructions / use intercoms or even refuse to do so and leave the food outside the apartment building) I would highly recommend YourGrocer if you need your groceries delivered to your door. Also an awesome way to still be able to support your local stores from home!

What a great idea. Was able to find products really hard to find and saved me so much time going from place to place all over Melbourne. My groceries were delivered right on time and were accurate. Great communication and service along the way. Will be ordering again.
