Last year i bought a new battery from these guys and was happy with the service. So when i friend needed one for her car i recommended them and called in the morning on her behalf to check they had it in stock.They said they did so i let them know i would be in that day to collect it.Arrived with plenty of time to spare before their advertised closing time, but they decided to shut shop early so was a complete waste of time.To rub salt into the wounds, 15 minutes after banging on the door and calling them, i then see them walk out to leave for the day, so obviously they had been there the whole time and had just chosen to ignore the customer.My time is damn valuable and to be messed about like this is not acceptable.I wont be back and will make sure i steer others clear also.P!ss poor!

On the 24/02/2017 I purchased a Gold Supercharge Battery MF75D23L($175.00) for my Hilux ute from Battery Traders Superstore, fast forward to today 23/02/2022, 5 years/51,000 km later, that battery unfortunately died on me this morning.I went back to Battery Traders and for $208.00, purchased the exact same battery again for my ute. If I can get another 5 years out of this new battery I will be very happy.I have been buying batteries for my cars from these guys for over 15 years now, always friendly, knowledgeable about their products and have great prices. They remove old battery and fit the new one as well. Highly recommend this business for your battery needs.

Dropped in to change battery on my Subaru unannounced. Brendan was very helpful & changed it on the spot. The day before we were quoted almost double the price from a major dealership… will use again & recommend.
