Manufactured home transporter

Had an order of windows arrive damaged which they wanted to take no responsibility for. Took me 18 months to get refund enforced through court.

Not to be trusted. Broke multiple agreements I had with him. Took way too long, never delivered on what he had promised, and left me with one hell of a mess to clean up.Would not recommend to anybody, there has to be somebody else better out there.

We absolutely loved building with TR Homes. It was seamless from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Our house, the Hamelin Bay is beautiful and incredibly well built. It sits beautiful in its spot by the sea and is a joy to live in. The high ceilings, beautiful big windows and well designed spaces are so lovely and makes for a perfect family home. Couldn’t recommend TR Homes more!

Absolutely outstanding!From the moment I walked in the door to delivery to hand over .Nothing was too much trouble for Mitch and his team.I had quite specific ideas and they met them all even gave me a few extra suggestions which were brilliant.Ours is a holiday rental and we get fantastic reviews everyone loves the polished concrete floors and it’s solar passive .I can highly recommend Them !

After concrete and footings inspection and being told job was going ahead and materials purchased on our behalf I was left with no communication no start date from the owner in relation to our project. Multiple calls to company with no reply from owner to confirm start date of job. Finally after months told too busy to take on job. Be mindful before engaging this company for your project.

We had experience with another major company, having done a complex house move and build, it was a very unhappy experience (my goodness, big story there). Now on our second, using Meier instead (with a huge 3story lift and complex multi-stage structural with the house in the air and shift). Having experienced what must have been one of the worst operators, and now working with Meier, I am totally blown away by the experience. They rank as high as I can in the building world. It is important to be sure that anyone involved in your build is 1.Truthful 2.Answers the phone & prompt (big one) 3. Priced fairly 4.Ethical 5 Flexible. These guys are all of these and more. Feel free to use someone slightly cheaper than them, but be prepaired to pay more over all with on-costs, delay and tears! Would give them more stars if possible. Thank you Ralph and Trish, you are a credit to the industry.

Most unhelpful company we've ever dealt with!! Won't give us access to our own plans so we can build a swimming pool. All they needed to do was write a letter for council to release.
