What a lovely couple! Great food in good time and super helpful and friendly. Even gave us a bowl for our hot dog on a hot day.Highly recommend supporting a local business!

Jim's Seafood and Grill
Came here for lunch and all staff are friendly and efficient. Our salads were nice without too much dressing (which is good). Tabouli was a little watery for some reason but still had nice flavour.The fried fish (flake and barramundi) were cooked well and prices are excellent considering how much you get.A no fuss and well cooked local fish and chips.

Disgusting, con artists. Paid $28 for a tiny bit of fish with a very small amount of dried up chips.We usually go to the excellent pizza shop around the corner, but unfortunately they were closed. This is the worst fish and chips that I’ve ever had. Feeling completely ripped off and still hungry.Avoid, as there are lots of decent fish and chips shops around

Biryani, Pizzas, fish & chips and potato cake were very tasty and biryani serving was also of considerably good size. However best is to call first for availability of particular food item. Beside hot food, Pakistani/ Indian subcontinent grocery items are available.

Flinders Seafood & Bar
Great location opposite the Sandgate pool with street parking. Staff are friendly and helpful and service is good. Our fish and chips were hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The servings were generous and delicious. The selection of icecream is worth a look, my raspberry icecream was delicious. Prices are reasonable and there is plenty of choices on the menu. Can be very busy, but well worth a visit. They also do takeaway which is great if you want to sit on the grass or you have children who would love the great playground across the road.
