Used car dealer

Don't bother! Drive on to Capella and get real service. Totally disinterested in fixing my car. Charged $280 to cart it to Capella where mechanic quickly identified very minor problem, fixed within minutes for less than $50 ...worse still, these guys tried to Insist it it could only be fixed in Emerald - pretty sure they only wanted the extra tow fee. Total ripp off. Didn't even tell me that there were other mechanics in town who could have helped!

After a really atrocious incident with Toyota Scarborough Beach, we walked away from Toyota for 40 years. Toyota Broome, however has given me reasons to reconsider Toyota customer service. Craig went beyond in his customer care for us.

So many issues but basic summary is the customer service team don't know anything about vehicles and can't communicate between techs and customers. Ask them to fix something and they want to book it in 4 weeks in advance for an inspection and then have to wait another 4 weeks to have it fixed. Often what's asked to be fixed isn't done (techs are away, customer service didn't communicate the issue correctly etc.). Customer service team act dumb... probably not their fault because they don't know anything about cars. All in all, extremely frustrating and I've been I good customer for the last 5 years after purchasing the vehicle from Pacific Ford but I won't go back

Buying a car from Nick and the team today was the easiest and most stress free process I've ever had on the car market. The team were helpful over the phone and even more so in person. Kim was able to provide me all the details before inspection and helped organise a time for a test drive.Within 5 minutes of arrival I was test driving the car I was after and 20 minutes later it was mine. Nick made the paper work easy and he knows the process extensively.The car was exceptional value and well cared for. Nick and Kim were both very helpful and down to earth. I wouldn't hesitate in paying the team another visit later down the track.

Our whole experience was terrific. Brent Lechte the salesman could not have been nicer. We got everything we wanted. We had to wait 6 months because the car we wanted had to be made but Brett rang us regularly with updates. Thank you Mornington Toyota we are very happy with our new vehicle.

Really impressed with Dean's service. Price he gave us was 16% higher than the shady used-car dealers. This price didn't exactly match the estimate given online, but that was expected. Go in expecting fair treatment from a no-BS car valuation expert.

Choosing the right car is never an easy task! We walked in to the Mantello branch we instantly knew we were going to be taken care of. From the offering of the coffee and water (which was well needed after a morning of driving around endless car yards), to the relaxing environment to friendly staff that greeted us as soon as we walked in. Michael's knowledge of cars was extraordinary, not only he assisted and guided me to my dream car he also stayed within our budget with addons too! The team took good care of us, the paperwork and the handover of the car was seamless, not to forget the beautiful Mia that took her time to show us the car's features before we drive off.
