If you want CCTV installed in your property don't waste your time trying to contact Coletek. After seeing their systems and their prices on their web sites for a cctv installation I tried to contact them via their website for over a week. Did not receive any response. We were not after a quote and were quite happy to go ahead based on web prices as we wanted the system installed as soon as possible. It is probably a good thing they didn't respond because if they can't manage to return a simple web enquiry then how could you rely on them to back up the system. Poor communications and customer service.

Do not let the price fool you into thinking that this is a lesser option to the more expensive channel managers on the market, because Update247 has been a massively positive surprise packet for our business!I own a business named Alaya Escape and I have used Update247 as my channel manager for nearly 2 years. Initially I went with them based on price, as I was spending so much on administration with my business that it was getting ridiculous. Price was a factor, but my experience led me to believe that Update247 are affordable NOT cheap!Their service and supports are quick and completely switched on. They can't do enough to support you and train you to do things better and utilize their many extra functions to get the most out of the system. There is a calendar as well for taking direct bookings through your website.I feel really blessed to have found these guys and even if the $120 per month channel managers came and offered the same price or less for service, I would not leave these guys. They have earn't their place in the market through not just their technology, but also the way they serve their customers and make things so easy and streamlined.Thank you guys for all of your superior efforts, as it has made an incredible difference to my business and how much time I have! 5 stars is honestly not enough!CheersCraig Dickson
