DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Left 5 x disposables here from my wedding with the man behind the counter who told us 3 days until really. 3 days turned into 6…into 8…into 12….into TWENTY ONE. Only to turn up and find out they ruined all of our precious film - only to try and tell us it was all our fault for shooting in “low light” which was actually day light with flash on. Hard to digest that 135 exposures we’re not in the “right light”. Memories lost. Such a bummer for leaving them with these people. Thanks for nothing.

I really appreciate good customer service! I notice both good and bad customer service. Today I didn’t feel like I got either good or bad service or even acknowledged until I interrupted the small talk about so and so taking a break between two team members. There were 3 of us waiting to be served. Walk in, shop is quiet, no eye contact made with team behind counter, not even a, “Hello, won’t be too long,” and finish up what you’re doing. A welcoming environment is important! I work in a customer service role and I can understand both sides of this situation.

O great Google! You sadly mistaken! You convinced me that they open Saturday's till 14:00 I got here at 12:45 and curtain down, no one home, can you believe it?! Not even a lil' apologies note, nothing!Good thing I know that this business owners don't care about me before I spend money here....And yes, I thought more than once before posting this but lately I am tired listening for excuses everywhere, no one blushing giving me $$$$ prices not asking for red carpet but minimum respect for potential customers shouldn't be a problem.

While I was in hotel quarantine in Sydney I needed to have a picture ready for my dad's funeral in Melbourne. Eddy helped retouch the portrait I sent him by email, and had it framed and ready for me to collect right after my quarantine, on my way to the airport to Melbourne. He was very responsive and professional, and all of my father's friends complimented on what a lovely picture it was. I was very happy with the entire process, and I recommend his shop highly.
