Wonderful food and service, great variety of options for both normal meals and the kids menu. Also has a nice decor showcasing lots of interesting facts about the history of the south island. Definitely worth a visit.

My daughter booked a table for my birthday, got there and no tables available, they told us the only available spot was at the bar. We didn’t fancy eating our dinner at the bar so we left. Pretty disappointing to be honest we were looking forward to a feed and a few pints of Guinness.

Amazing delicious food with generous portion. Definately recommend this place if you want good pub food! Word of advice, they get very busy during weekends so it's better to go during weekdays. We didn't have to wait for long before our food arrived. Just looking at the pictures now, makes me hungry!
