The pretzels at this store are simply the best. The combination of the soft, chewy pretzels and the variety of dips and sauces makes this the perfect place to stop for a quick and satisfying snack. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making this a great spot to grab a bite.

I mourned the demise of Pretzel World back in the day so I was delighted to discover the plainly named ‘Pretzel’ with pretzels that tasted anything but. The cookies and cream was pure indulgence and absolutely delicious. I utterly adored the pink decor also

Be warned - these are seriously addictive. Made to order so it can be a bit of a wait, especially if there’s already a queue, but it’s so worth it and you really must eat these straight away for maximum deliciousness. “The Lot” and Biscoff are my favourite but I’m still working my way through their whole menu!

Pretzel is located on the shopping centres rooftop, just outside the entrance to the restaurant and cinema complex area.It's interesting to see how the pink, brightly lit whole store has been built in what looks like a Transport Container, as used on trucks and ships.We wandered past here on the way back to our car after eating in one of the restaurants nearby and were lured in by the bright colours, the aromas of fresh baking and interesting decor.We tried 3 different pretzels, cinnamon, cinnamon glazed and a traditional salted.Staff were friendly, smiling and happy to explain the menu choices.You can watch your pretzel being made from the raw dough, cooked in the oven and on the spot dressed with whatever toppings you've selected. The pretzels are large, and especially the traditional salted had a delicious thin crisp crust and a soft chewy centre, piping hot from the oven.Loved it and will be back!

I recently visited the pretzel store and was blown away by their delicious and fresh pretzels. The store was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
