Purchased a Zucchetti mixer tap for over $500. Stopped working less than 3 years later. These Streamline guys don't want to know about it .... even though they promote in big typeface Zucchetti as having a 5, 10 or 15 year warranty ..... you have to read the fine print - kitchen sprayers - (which apparently this is) only have a 2 year warranty.$500 tap with a 2 year warranty ??Obviously not a company that stand by (or have any confidence in) their products. My advice ..... look elsewhere for a brand that does.

Contacted North Shore Pools about a pool build later in the year. Initially I received a prompt response with an indicative price.I responded to arrange a site visit and formal quote to progress the build but didn’t get a response. Followed up again 2 weeks later and now almost a month later I’ve still had no follow up email or even a phone call.All pool builders are flat out right now but to not even have the courtesy to respond to 2 follow up emails, even just to say they’re too busy to take on new work, is totally unprofessional. Meanwhile, they’re still regularly advertising on Instagram looking for work.Thankfully I’ve since found and engaged a professional pool builder that understands basic customer service.

Michael and his team at Rock Solid Retaining Walls did a great project for me installing a retaining wall, building steps and also fixing some leaking stormwater pipes that he found and replacing the paving afterward. The job was always very neat and tidy and he was really very helpful. I highly recommend.

Joshua was recommended to me by a trusted tradesman, I was not disappointed. The brief was to rectify a previously poorly executed, unfinished back garden with a courtyard, timber benches, lawn & garden beds. He also had to install drainage & irrigation. His vision for the site was perfect, it was completed within a few days, even with the weather against him. I also felt his costing was very competitive. I highly recommend him.

I know it was challenging to get digger from side passage to backyard and remove all the dirt but they did a beautiful job.
