The best coin laundry shop in that area. The price is surprisingly cheap in such a good environment. You only need to just bring your laundry bag in and a card to operate the auto machines there and you don't even need to bring your washing liquid and softener as the shop provided. Therefore, the cost for washing and drying are the cheapest in that area. Free car park, free internet from that shopping centre and very convenient to lots shop inside the shopping centre. I love this laundry.

Rude, unorganized and tried to charge me twice for dry cleaning a couple of garments. I paid when I dropped the garments off and then when I came to pick them up two days later, I was told I hadn’t paid yet. When I said I had in fact paid, all THREE owners began yelling at me. I urged them to watch back the cctv footage to see that I had in fact paid! Will not be using this business again and would urge others to use a different dry cleaning business that is organised and consistent, or risk paying DOUBLE.

Reasonably priced with really good facilities, convenient to other retail outlets, car parking is easy (there is one attached to the complex) and very friendly service :) I am a regular and will continue to be for awhile.

I recently took a nice hand-me-down suit jacket in for dry cleaning and was fairly happy with the result and it was reasonably priced. If you're doing your own laundry then they also have a waiting area with computer terminals and free WiFi so you can sit and work while you wait or you can chose to have a coffee downstairs. The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. Being located in Acland Court Shopping Centre, there's a convenient carpark at the back with entry via Barkly Street.

I had very happy experience in this laundry. Price is very cheap with good quality work. Staffs were very friendly and helpful to treat customers. I go there to get my laundry done every week from August.

VERY shady, didn't provide me a ticket or docket for me to use when picking my shirts up. Although I did get my shirts back, they looked like they weren't ironed at all. Will not be going there again.

I have been using their laundry service from ordinary washing and also the dry cleaning for coats and rags carpet, and they are excellent. I am so happy with their services, and very clean, and excellent result, and kind good customer service. Highly recommended for anyone around St Kilda especially. Thanks to the owners, and also to their staffs. Keep up the good works please.

This Laundromat is appalling! we washed 2 loads of washing at 16.30 each which is such a wrought! after they came out of the wash they still smelled like they have never been washed at all (the machines were self soaping"). After putting them in their driers for 2 sessions we set it to the hottest setting possible and when it was done they were less than luke warm and extremely moist. Spending almost $50 we requested an explanation and our money back. The manager there said theres nothing we can do about it and all the problems you had must of been your own fault. I could of done a better job hosing them off in the back yard. For the love of god DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Great service.Warm and friendly.The new owners have improved the service and are helpful with using washing machines and clothes dryer. The laundry room is a safe place as there is sercurity guard on site.

I was new to the self serve laundry world and the staff was really helpful in guiding me through the process. It has comfortable seating area for you to do your own work while waiting. Otherwise there are shops downstairs that worth a visit. Great laundry experience!
