Terrible customer service and lots of hidden charges. I dealt with John who was more focused on getting paid rather than getting the job done. I yielded no results for his service and decided to go with another company. I DO NOT recommend The Process Server.

CLO Lawyers recently instructed Barry Phillips of Optimax Consulting to locate and serve Court documents on two defendants. We had a work address for one defendant, but no contact details for the second defendant.Barry was able to locate and serve the first defendant despite the fact that the address we provided was incorrect. He was able to engage with that person and obtain sufficient cooperation from him to facilitate the location and service of the other defendant.In addition to achieving the desired result for our firm, Barry carried out the required work professionally and efficiently. We use this team for all of our debt recovery matters. They take so much of the stress out of the process, the staff are so easy to deal with and we'd highly recommend them to any business.

Do not use this company !They did not complete the service of papers within the time needed.I made several attempts to contact them when the court date was fast approaching with no luck, then they sent me an affidavit of attempted service which arrived after the court date.
