Great place for all your aquarium needs and very friendly staff

Very rude and unfriendly I assume owner or manager. She was not helpful or nice. Young man Nathan however very nice seemed embarrassed by way I was treated. Won't be shopping there and would not recommend based on this one experience. I'll stick to pet barn lismore always friendly and helpful

My order was processed and shipped the next day, and I received several emails regarding the status of my order and tracking info.I consider them a very trustworthy store and will buy from them again in future.

HiI went to this shop today to buy a gift, I decided to buy perfume, they had few testers , (next to the counter- inside ),I wanted to test and buy , as iam giving that as gift,I had one perfume bottle (tester) in my hand,it was tightly closed, I was trying to open , all of a sudden the old lady from the counter , came grabbed the perfume bottle from my hand, and placed in the shelf, she was very rude and was not listening what iam trying to say, ( because, she was very much interested to talk with her friend) , she acted as if iam going to take it and run away, this is the second time she is acting very rude, the young lady is very friendly.Very rude behaviour..

Friendly but i had an accident there after shopping where I painfully hit the concrete after stumbling on an uneven rubber mat surface - still haven't heard from the company - its like they think that is not important and my injury doesnt matter even though i am a very regular customer at the Dural store

Very good customer service on a weekend when in small towns these days

They don’t carry basic replacement parts for the equipment they sell. Don’t buy a fish tank at pet barn .

Despite what some people say about small local shops.Stirling Pet shop has far exceeded my expectations!A large variety for most animals, and probably some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.Walking out the door. I felt 100% confident in my abilities as a Novice. To set up a Native fresh water tank.Staff went through it all with me, tested my water and didn’t mess me around on products that I did not need.Perfect advice, and they understood my finding Nemo references. What more could you want from a small pet shop!Would highly recommend for anyone to shop there. I know for sure I will be in the future.

Loved it! A great place for dogs (and their humans!) to have fun. I took my three pugs there for a puggie Birthday Party and they had a blast. My first visit, but won't be my last.,
