Sports complex

Excellent indoor skatepark. My 10 year old son had a great time on his scooter here for a couple of hours. We didn’t pre-book but there was plenty of availability when we got there late morning. Mix of skaters, scooter riders and bikes here and all seemed to be having a good time. Shop had a good range of gear too.

Great for dog exercise and interaction but this is NOT a dog park so please keep your dogs on a leash. The main car park gates lock at about 3pm when the workers leave or when there isn't an event on so make sure you're not parked in there then (see picture for info). You can still get inside though via the outside carpark area which is much smaller but has side gates that are unlocked and open. This spot can be very quiet and serene as its not that busy. The inside car park is tiny and pokey, I would hate to see it on event days full. There are seats and bubblers along the decent sized walk way but only a few shaded areas to escape the sun. I really enjoy going here.

Joined our friends for the day who's little 4yr old frequently comes here. My son has been wanting a dirt bike for a while so we brought him to Citymx for a trial before we invest in a bike for him. Our daughter also wanted to give it a go. The staff were fantastic in training both my children and were very patient with them. They both had an absolute ball. Will definitely be going back again.

So beautiful! Excellent and helpful staff members! I would put 5 stars if temperature was not so low. It was cold but I loved everything else.

I have used the facility few times in the past. I see lot of reviews here about owner and staff being rude. I haven't interacted with them much, usually I go in, pay money, use the lane/machine and be done with it. No issues so far. Only thing I found rude was the staff smoking inside, which I am very sure is illegal.The place is very old and is in need of some maintenance. The nets needs replacing. The bounce is variable when you are playing cricket. When I went there last time, it felt like it wasn't even cleaned or vacuumed.They don't charge much, probably the cheapest bowling machine hire in Australia. You can go to newer and better maintained facilities, but be prepared to pay more than double.
