Basic, clean facilities.To get change, use the facilities next door.You can bring your own washing detergent or buy some on site via vending machine.Not badly priced to use larger commercial style washing machines to wash blankets etc.Will visit again in the future.

Bought the powder from.machine, ran was for a full coloir wash and it didn't clean clothes, left powder and they look awful. Waste of and time. If I could give -10 stars i would. Now need to go back to motel to hand wash.

Really good dryers here for $4 you can pay by card/mobile and get 30 mins of good drying for a couple of baskets of wet clothes. Easy parking. Closes at 11 but if you arrive before 11 as long as you stay inside you can leave once you're done as the door closes automatically.

This is my fav laundromat for many reason cleanliness and the ability to use electronic payment are two of my top reasons. Unfortunately tonight machine 6 accepted my coins ($7) but didn’t register payment and I wasn’t able to start the machine or get the coins out of the machine to swap. Tried to ring the number several times over a 20 minutes period with no success, wasn’t able to leave a voice message either. Normally I would let this go but with money being so tight and everything going on going on in the world every cent counts.

Amazing launderette! The machines are super easy to use and pay for. There are machines that also automatically add detergent so completely hassle free. It's also just a couple of minutes walk from the train station. Very much enjoyed a peaceful hour here washing and drying my clothes while travelling.

Only downside is that there are only two machines where you can use your own detergent, which is not ideal if you have an allergic reaction to their detergent!

We had a great business to business relationship for 5 years and were extremely happy with the service Alpine USED to provide.This year, during the October school holidays, Alpine cancelled all bag deliveries to small business operators in the region, with no notice. A poorly written email was sent advising that changes were taking place. Upon calling for clarification, we were advised by an obnoxious, rude and hostile person on reception, this change was effective immediately. The way this was handled by management and staff was appalling and placed immense stress on many small business operators during a holiday peak season.
