Applied Wrong hair colour and burnt hairSo, I will be honest - my hair is perfect but my friend's hair got completely ruined. We both got hair colour at the same time, in-fact requested for the same colour. Though, my experience was perfect I still decided to give lower rating because I saw what happened to my friend and it could be me the next time. First, they bleached her hair very slowly, so slowly that her hair started breaking before her entire hair was done. This bleaching took a long time, then they applied a wrong hair colour and argued about it. Then, Charlie came over and applied the correct hair colour. He was quite well mannered and great but it was too late to fix the issue. She did not get the hair colour that she wanted, she got a weird colour with 2 hair colours mixing. Her hair was sticky, dry, breaking - all bad things that can happen with your hair. Spending 300$ in one sitting and getting a service like this is not anyone expects. I will definitely add that my hair is perfect, I got what I expected but its too risky to visit again because I could be the one whose hair gets destroyed the next time. There are so many other options around Parramatta, it will be safe to try another place.

My usual stylist Julian in Preston was on leave so I headed to Brunswick & Lesley absolutely nailed my hair cut & colour today. A short pixie cut, textured & coloured & got rid of my greys ! So awesome ,I’ve it ! Great atmosphere & products at Flipped !

Have been going here for years and always walk out feeling amazing. The girls at price attack always put the quality of my hair first and make sure I am happy with the end result before I leave. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hair.

There isn't much more I can say other than Crystal saved my hair and my self confidence. My dreads were awful! And I had pretty much given up hope of finding a person who could get it right and really knew what they were doing since my very first Dreadtech had left for Bali some years ago, since then I had spent thousands upon thousands and was left disappointed and with dreads falling out constantly. I was at the point of shaving my head…From the very moment I started talking with Crystal I could see she knew her stuff and I was instantly confident in knowing I was in safe hands.She revived my dreads! I had a nanoplasty done to take the frizz out of my hair and oh my god. My hair is usually curly and frizzy and it’s now absolutely dead straight with no straightener or proper blow drying and it feels so so healthy and smooth. I’ve also had multiple sets of extensions and the hair is top quality and Sam is the most beautiful person

First off I would just like to say this is the most engaged and easy to deal with company I have EVER dealt with! We were in contact several times back and forth to get my piece customized just the way I wanted (and trust me it wasn’t easy since the pictures I sent weren’t the greatest that we were trying to color match my hair too) they are super quick to respond and answer any questions. Once I received my piece, it was beautiful! Even the packaging is nice. It did need a little trim on the bangs (and I anticipated that but I was afraid to tell them to cut more off on the off chance we cut too much - so I got my hairdresser to trim the bangs more for me). But it’s more than I could have hoped for! They also send you so many informative videos and info on everything you need to know from storing to, styling, and care of your hair. I can’t wait to get another one!!!

Juanita is a very knowledgeable, honest & professional hairdresser. My Keratin treatment is the best I’ve had. Hair is soft shiny, no sticky feeling & has body. I have fine hair & other keratin treatments have made my hair flat & sticky or stiff. Not the case with Juanita at Hair Shop. She mademy dry processed stressed hair feel soft, silky & with body. Her in-depth knowledge of hair care products is amazing so her recommendations for take home hair products specific for your hair type are spot on. Thank you Juanita for your outstanding service.
