Just watched a segment on The Business" on ABC which showed an employee packing finished biscuits in the factory. She was clearly not wearing food handling gloves despite direct contact with the product.I was so turned off that I threw out two packets of Butterfingers macadamia shortbread I bought recently.The company should review and improve their hygiene standards."

Very happy with my experience using The Confectionist! Alexandra was a helpful, friendly and honest point of contact throughout the entire process. While the product I ended up with wasn’t what I had initially envisioned for our event, I appreciated Alexandra providing me with upfront information about what they could realistically achieve by the time I needed my cookies. They have arrived today and I couldn’t be happier! They look great and taste even better and will make for an adorable little contribution to my sons birthday party this weekend. Will definitely use The Confectionist again in future!

It is a nice spot, the service was really fast, got my meal ordered and it didn’t take up to 15mins before it was ready. The serve was a bit small for the French toast, I was barely satisfied but overall very satisfied.

I wanted to thank Rachael from Oh Sugar, for the beautiful vegan hen's day heart cookies. They were delicious!! Not only were the cookies amazing, the packaging and ingredients label were fantastic and very professional. My husband turned his nose up because they were vegan - but when he tasted them, I couldn't stop him from going back for seconds (and thirds). Thanks again Rachael.

The best tasting cookie I have purchased! The detail and prompt service was excellent! Nothing was to much trouble and were happy to brainstorm with me to come up with a design to suit. My family have had multiple purchases all of excellent quality!!

Lovely staff and the goodies are so yummy - especially with a cup of tea! Always enjoy popping in when I can!

Paid for a large ice coffee and got a small because they only have one size now but didn’t communicate this fact. Took 15 minutes (off peak) with really average service. Very, very disappointing. Won’t be coming back

We ordered personalised cookies from Suga Mumma Bakes for our wedding celebration to give as wedding favours, and couldn't be happier with the product! Tash was easy to communicate with, allowed us to make two different custom designs (shape, colour, and font) and she made up the cookies by our chosen date and hand delivered these to our home which was such a huge help. Not only did the cookies look amazing, they we're delicious! Our guests loved them, thanks Tash!

Traci did a spectacular job for my 2 boys birthday . She made 2 amazing donut towers and customised cookies and chocolates. All the kids and parents were thrilled with the presentation and flavour. One of my best friends who dislikes sweets she couldn't resist to the donuts. They were delicious and the smell was so magical! The donuts were fresh even 1 week after the party! Traci is so professional. Loved the boxes that she provided in order to transfer the donut towers at home. We can't wait for our next event to be organised from Traci!!
