Lied to & ripped off!I sent my pc to Frank twice, paid $140 for what I was told was a fix & installation of a new harddrive. Ive since sent it to another local guy @Sunbury PC (Steve) & have been shown proof, which I've uploaded here below, that the HD is infact 9 years old, so far from new & my daughter is left without a computer as its still not working & I cant afford to replace it or repair it now.Run for the hills & go see an honest technician like Steve at Sunbury PCs who didnt charge me for the consult that helped me discover the truth. Shame on you Frank, may your son wisen up before he follows in your dishonest footsteps.Sarah-jane.

Upon calling Brian just after the closing of regular business hours he returned my call very promptly and kindly offered to assist me in the evening outside of regular office hours by accessing my computer remotely, to help fix my problem. As I explained I work for myself and it was critically important that I get my computer up and running ASAP.He kindly worked on my computer and was on the phone to me for well over 2 hours.He was incredibly thorough in checking my whole operating system and ensured that everything was left in full working order.If you’re having problems with your computer then I would highly recommend Brian and the services he provides. He’s a great guy and I am sure you’ll be just as happy as I am, with his services.I will definitely use them again in the future should I have issues.

Wow. I hate handing my computer over to get fixed. It feels like i'm slicing out half of my brain and handing it across to a stranger. Didn't have that problem with these guys. Fixed it super quickly. Great price. Great communications. I always say when you move town the hardest things to find are a good dentist and a mechanic you can trust. I probably ought to add 'computer repair' to that list. Ok That's two out of three sorted. Anyone know a good mechanic?

When it comes to IT support, Ariel is the one you want to sort your IT problems! So experienced, knowledgeable and honest.Recently I had to upgrade to a new computer.
