If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional, inadequately trained, rude, deceitful, lazy and the most abusive experience my children and i have ever had. In need of a HUGE internal and external investigation.

This is mores for Springfield office, they fabricate details about you, they lie, they put money over the children, there is never any one to speak to when you try and call them, the conditions I've been put in with my daughter are horid and any other parent would be charged, etc etc etc..... this is only the tip of the iceberg on what they're really like....

Terrible team manager, terrible people, terrible place. Was told complaint couldn't be taken as they had NO WORKERS. I am disgusted and this place needs an investigation done ASAP. How ridiculous. Department of justice and 7 news will be contacted. No wonder so many children die from your negligence! Disgraceful.
