They are soooo lovely, kind and generous. The gentleman and woman took their time to value our items (even though they weren't worth much) and they done it without charge. They were so polite and kind. Their items are good quality for a fair price too!

Wanted to say a very big thank you to Barry & Hayley.We had a very sentimental piece of jewellery to be fixed from a deceased loved one .The respect and care that was shown from Barry was so kind and sincere.This was for a family member that also had a diamond ring to be cleaned and plated.They have always been worried about leaving this piece with anyone so Barry reassured the customer that he will do it ASAP. We grabbed lunch then came back and it was all done.He did not charge for this and we could not thank him enough . The quality and also the customer service that is always provided if exceptional.

Highly recommend!! We had my engagement ring and wedding band made. They are both amazing, beautiful and everything we wanted. We could not be happier with the service, craftsman’s shipment and kindness showed to us. I have two rings on my finger that I get to admire daily and fall in love with over and over!

Magnificent service today. They really supported my separation issues from my jewellery and worked a time to be able to offer same day service for resizing for my engagement and wedding rings.Extremely reasonable pricing. Needless to say I have placed some custom orders with him today and will be giving many more pieces for work over the next few weeks. Blessed to have this little gem in our local community.I was also super surprised at pricing of his stock jewellery. Just go in and have a look. You will be pleasantly surprised.They are also totally understanding of every individual’s budget.

Barry remodelled my engagement ring, designed and created an eternity band as well as re setting some diamond earrings.He was so professional and easy to communicate with. The whole process was so enjoyable and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome!!Would highly recommend if you need anything designed, remodelled or repaired.
