KFC Tingalpa

It was 9:30 me and the boys where craving kfc, but the app wouldn't take the order. Stress levels where high some of us had the sweats, so we called ahead. Charlie answered and made our nightmares dreams saying if we rocked up before 10 we should be sweet. We pulled in and she went above and beyond, providing the greatest kfc feed of all time, Charlie is a true hero!

6:45pm and had to wait 10 mins for a total of 13 Wicked Wings, still way, way, way better then Wynnum KFC who claimed they were out (none in store / cooked or not) not for the first time. KFC I have to ask why the hell do you have a 10 WW box if statistically in my experience, even during a dinner period, are you only a 50/50 chance to be able to fill the order without at best a lengthy wait due to the cooking times. You can claim you are not a fast food place all you want, but you have a drive through, so you are, live with those expectations.

Seriously how hard is it to put the items in the bag? I stopped going to KFC Morningside because they couldn't get it right now you guys too, Seriously I'm over the level of incompetence, what good is it to get my item next time I come?

I love KFC, def my favorite takeway - but every time you order delivery from them at least 50% of the time your order is wrong...just now ordered a zinger box and nuggets and received a bucket of chicken. Excellent example of when something that should be simple....isn't. Suggest you either do drive through only or order from somewhere else if you want delivery.

Clean space & friendly staff. The quality of the food is also good. However, they missed to give 1 of the 6 items we ordered and I had to drive back to the restaurant to collect it. Would be nice if they check everything before handing over the pack to the customer. I would suggest everyone to check your packs before leaving the store.

Good hot KFC Clean and tidy restaurant

I recently visited KFC Tingalpa and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the excessively long wait times to the lukewarm wicked wings, there were several aspects of my visit that were far from satisfactory.To start with, the drive-through experience was incredibly frustrating. The wait times were unexpectedly long, and it seemed like there was a severe shortage of chicken. It's disheartening when a fast-food restaurant, known for its fried chicken, fails to meet such a basic expectation. Perhaps the management should consider improving their inventory management to avoid leaving customers waiting for extended periods of time.Adding to the frustration was the lackadaisical attitude displayed by some of the staff members. Instead of efficiently attending to customers and ensuring a smooth operation, I witnessed a few employees engaged in casual conversations. It was quite evident that their attention was not focused on providing a satisfactory customer experience. This lack of professionalism further contributed to the overall disappointment of my visit.As for the food itself, while I understand that fast food may not always reach gourmet standards, I do expect it to be served at an acceptable temperature. Unfortunately, the wicked wings I ordered were disappointingly warm, bordering on the cooler side of warm. It was evident that they had been sitting around for a while, which affected the taste and texture of the chicken. For a chain that prides itself on its fried chicken offerings, this was a letdown.To be fair, the other food items I ordered were decent in terms of taste. However, when a signature item like the wicked wings falls short, it leaves a lasting negative impression.In conclusion, my visit to KFC Tingalpa was marked by long wait times, a shortage of chicken, lackadaisical staff behaviour, and lukewarm wicked wings. While the food itself was passable, these shortcomings significantly impacted my overall dining experience. As a customer, I had hoped for a more efficient and enjoyable visit to one of the most well-known fast-food chains. Regrettably, I cannot recommend KFC Tingalpa based on my recent encounter.
