I highly recommend! Wether you are new to yoga or already have a practice you will be catered for. Alyssa has created a beautiful, welcoming space at Ripplebrook Winery. Her instructions are clear and the classes feel really balanced and with options available for different levels of experience.

Yoga on the beach, a winning combination. I wasn't sure what to expect as I've only ever yoga-ed in a studio - this session blew everything out of the water. It was a totally immersive experience and more than I could have asked for. I felt instantly transported after the first asana yet more and more connected as we progressed. The sequence was a mind and body re-awakening. I left the class vibrating, clam & rejuvenated - I'm so looking forward to the next beach and non-beach class, thank you Alyssa! ☺️

Yoga with Alyssa has been one of the most spiritual and enjoyable classes i have done. She is thorough and energetic. Always paying attention to how you are going. She is calming and makes you really feel in touch with your body. Shes also super down to earth and caters for all levels. Cant wait to do another class with her at Good Possum.
