I am disappointed in the change in customer service. Product sold must be fit for purpose as per consumer law.

Hi, I was not happy with the customer service provided by the older lady who worked on 5/5/23. She was extremely rude and dismissive and had a very accusatory tone. She needs to come down from that high horse and actually listen to what the customer has to say. A little kindness and empathy goes a long way. Even while I was maintaining my kindness she was nasty. Not happy at all.

This is the best kept secret in Delhi, La. Don't pass this by!It's not only an old time pharmacy which opened in 1875 but it has a fantastic Soda Shop (with stools counter) but breakfast and lunch! They make their own delicious chicken salad I could eat all day and omg good pimento cheese too.They have a full gift shop including some beautiful clothing items, knockout jewelry that makes you just need another trip for more, and unique items also .The staff is wonderful. I can't say enough about my waitress, a lifetime Delhi resident, who was so attentive and helpful.This shop is on the corner on the south side of the train tracks in old downtown Delhi.The train came throughout while I was there enjoying lunch.

Their wind mixture for babies is a godsend and I always end up walking out with more products than I intended on buying. Great specials and I like that they price match. It's a lovely little pharmacy which I prefer to support as opposed to a commercially owned chain.
