First visit cleaner was exceptionally late to arrive and introduce herself to collect keys for entry the following day. Floor products used left the floor extremely slippery, resulting in a fall, 2 broken ribs and 1 week loss of income due to not being able to attend work. Attempted to have them around again, to see if they could be on time and use different products. No show at all, even after confirming their attendance the day prior. No response from cleaner or business owner when calls and texts sent to try and find out why noone had attended.Poor quality, poor service.Do not recommend at all.

Wendy and Caboolture Cleaning Co is without a doubt the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I would caution anyone before using this company. Firstly ater organising Wendy to clean my vacant property, she had sub contracted the service out to another cleaner. She then called me and demand I pay her $200more for the cleaning service. The sun contracted cleaner got hold of me and informed me that she had quit due to Wendys unprofessionalism.When I called Wendy to ask ehr what was going on I was abused by her and her husband. Checking on my security cameras I could see mutiple youths in the house and someone servicing their car on the front driveway. The carpet cleaners then rocked up and left in disgrace who went to contact my property manager and informed them of what was going on at the property. I then informed Wendy to leave the house immediately and was forced to pay her $300 for hwr to leave the property for the (lack of) work completed. I was then accused of theft as Wendy accuses me of stealing her vacuum cleaner and also accused my mother i law of theft and stalking. I was again threatened with been charged and taken to small claims which I'm still waiting on Wendys actions. I will happily provide footage, statements and text messages if anyone is in need of it. please do not use this company under any circumstances. wendy and her family are the type of people you do not want in your property. merry Christmas Wendy and a happy new year.... till we meet again in court.Edit(After Wendys response).Wendy is correct in saying that I threatened them with trespassing if they did bot leave my property, given the circumstances it was the only logical thing to do. Wendy is also correct in saying that I had another Bond cleaner lined up to clean the property. Given that I had a tennant moving in shortly after the date, I needed it done ASAP. Wendys accusations that I display narcissistic tendencies however is not proven, unless Wendy is a trained physiologist/psychiatrist then she should not make accusations on a review of her own business. The person who inspected the house after they had left failed to find a vacuum cleaner left on the premises, as did the bond cleaners the next day.

**Edit - The response from Caboolture Cleaning is not factual and keeps being edited to add things that weren’t even discussed with us. The townhouse had some moving cracks but was in no way risky, otherwise it could not have been rented out.. We won against this company through QCAT and despite this, we are yet to see any money refunded, we need to go through further court proceedings because they will not pay despite the QCAT order. The photos in this post were taken AFTER the “bond clean”- Agreed on a 8am start, turned up at 9:50am with minimal communication, followed up by us. Attended property with 6 cleaners, no uniforms, no masks. We were unsure who had arrived at our house with no indication of the company.- Came unprepared for the job at hand. Unsuitable equipment and products.- Left the house in a messier state than before. They left hair on the benches, soap in the sink, residue on kitchen sinks. Kitchen bench was also left sticky.- Ignored the fans, cob webs, floors, light switches and doors, grout around house, toilets and showers.- Owner was very hard to get in contact with when asking for a redo/refund. Never apologised for the state of the house. Was immediately off-standish and hostile after expressing our disappointment with the job.- Owner sent 2 cleaners around to try and redo the clean but couldn’t provide them with basic shelf products and equipment, so for a second time the job wasn’t able to be completed.- Cleaner said they had been in contact with our real estate about the clean. But after contacting my real estate, we found out that this was untrue. The final job still did not pass an inspection and we had to pay the realestate’s bond cleaners, even though Caboolture cleaning offered “bond guarantees.”- Owner offered us a $60 refund, then a $200 refund but then changed their minds when we would not apologise for writing a review that we said would be taken down once receiving a refund. They then became hostile and threatened us. No refund received.*Many more details, photos and videos not included*

First they rock up 1 hour late to the clean. Then they do the worst clean you can expect. So the realestate gets them back to clean and they couldn’t get back till after their 7 day period to pay back so they tell you they can’t pay you back as it was after 7 days but I had notified them before the 7 days . Very unprofessional and wouldn’t use them at all

Can’t turn up on time for an appointment,don’t waste your time.

I booked this company for a rent inspection, I booked 1 week in advanced. They cancelled through email late afternoon the day before! Not even a call or text. Communication was poor, even through email wasn't professional. I even confirmed a few days prior that the booking was confirmed. Very upset and unhappy as I work full time hence why I hired a cleaning company. No stars
