The Works Hand car wash and detailing

Worst car wash i have had in Melbourne. Requested for works wash which costed $50, inside wasnt washed and vacummed at all. tyres not cleaned at all. car body and window still had plenty of water marks, had to rush off so didnt stop and complain.NEVER GOING BACK! WORST!

This review is for the The Works Hand Car Wash and not for Misty's Diner.I happened to have some spare time before a meeting around 9am on a Monday morning as I drove past this place. I noticed it was dead empty and thought I could get a quick wash. I had just arrived and I was only halfway out of my car when the attendant greeting me with a your car is extra dirty mate

I paid for the highest tier car wash and the carpets were vacuumed very poorly (dirt was still on the floor) & it wasn't wiped down properly. When I said this hasn't been wiped down he said it had, and then he accidentally dropped the cleaning wipe on the ground and then picked it up and started wiping the interior of my car again. So it had been wiped but just with a disgusting cloth! No discount or any apology was provided.

I paid $60 and he didn't clean the interior AT ALL! He insisted he did and when I pointed out the sand from the beach last weekend he told me that sand doesn't come out with a normal vacuum and if I wanted my car to look spotless then I need steam clean for $230.Terrible service and my car is still dirty!No STARS

Terrible service. Just got 'the works' which included interior wipe and vacuum and exterior clean. There was still dust and dog hairs in the car, some places clearly hadn't been wiped at all. The exterior was average, with a few dirty streak marks from a dirty cloth they'd used. Took an hour to complete and when I got my car back, it smelt like body odour, which I then had to air out. Anything is better than this.

Customer facing guy (who also washes the cars) is rude to customers.Order a detailed way. Was done way to quick to have been done properly. Car was not properly cleaned, carpets where not properly vacuumed. Cabin spray was not applied.Car paint was covered in fine scratches.If you like you car, don't take it here.

Just had my car washed and vacuumed for a little over $40.00. A complete waste of money, as my car still had dirt on the bottom of the doors and all over the back of the window. I told one of the staff about the dirt on the doors and they did a quick wipe.After driving away and opening my boot, the back window and back door were also filthy.I usually go to Clearwater Car Wash in Punt Road where they do a spotless job. Don;t waste your time or money

First time coming to the works carwash as I normally go elsewhere. The staff are just so friendly and they do a wonderful job, they made sure I was happy with the way my car looked before I drove off. Absolutely thankful that I found this carwash! They offered me the 10 bulk wash which will help me save on the washes and I will definitely be buying it next time I am in! Thanks guys, keep up the great work.

I usually DIY when it comes to cleaning my car but thought I'd treat it to a really good professional clean today. Went to this place with a discount voucher, a guy came over like I was a goddamn intruder, snickered at the voucher when I gave it to him, I was even kind enough to offer to forego the voucher but despite this he kept changing his tune about what I'd get for their standard $30 package - in the end it seemed to be nothing more than a quick wipe-down of the exterior and a vac of the inside floors only (not touching the seats or windows"). If you're gonna have such rude and disinterested service at least be cheap! My car's just a little Yaris too

Terrible customer service. Nick (the manager) doesn't have any appreciation for the customer and his business. The quality of the wash is not even good enough with dirt still visible after the work. They advertise discounts through the entertainment book but when you are going to pay they will find a reason not to fulfil the discount and make you pay full price. False advertising.
