I recently purchased a new bike and dealt with Tyler, he was very helpful & always responded promptly with any questions in regards to my purchase.The bike was fitted with some accessories in a timely manner and the bike was delivered to my doorstep which Tyler oversaw.A few days after receiving the bike Tyler followed up to ensure everything was good and in order.Excellent customer experience from sales, spare parts, workshop and would highly recommend the team at Brisbane Motorcycles Windsor.

Picked up my first bike last week (Vitpilen 401) and couldn't be happier with the service. Dan and Josh were excellent both in sales and parts respectively. Easy to get along with and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Bought my first bike hereI've got to say the sales staff were great. No pushiness or sleaziness.It was only a cheap bike, but at least they didn't start with a price a heap above the RRP and then pretend they were offering me a discount.But my complaint was that it was just too busy and it was hard to get service. We went in on a Saturday morning, but only two sales staff were working.Parts and accessories was worse though. There was only one sales assistant on duty. It took 20 minutes to speak to someoneSo I'd recommend them for bike sales. Maybe just don't come in on a Saturday morning.Parts and clothing though .. I don't know

I pre-contacted them by mail and got an reply within 2 hours.We made an appointment (I already knew what I was going for) had a good chat and a very good consultation about auxiliary and useful equipment without the feeling to be pressured to buy something.I bought my new bike on Tuesday and had it delivery to my doorstep on Thursday and there is no way this entire purchase could have been any better.I was dealing with Greg and if I I ever need a new bike I would go to Greg instantly!An absolute pleasure doing business with the guys!

Terrible experience,Purchased a bike online they were quick to take my money had to keep chasing them up on when it’s going to be delivered, finally got delivered and then wouldn’t start partner contacted them the original seller was off for the day but one of the guys tried to help which was nice he pretty much said send a video to your seller and hopefully he can help turns out it was the battery myPartner ended up pulling out and replacing it but the video got sent to him before all this he did not follow up on it once haven’t heard a single thing from him at all. Will not be recommending this place to anyone probably just the one person that has made it such a bad experience unfortunately.

Purchased a $45,000 Ducati August 2022, still waiting for accessories to arrive, spoken to 6 different staff members including sales team, sales manager, spares and accessories , no eta or no call back every call. Very disappointing service from what used to be a great family business.
