There is no way I could recommend Bay Audio, the worst company I have ever delt with. They made a hearing aid without a wire pull, they put it in my ear and I couldn't get it out without help. They treated me, an 90 year old pensioner with utter contempt and total disrespect. Don't get caught up in this extremely bad company and shocking workmanship.

Absolute ripoff they pry on elderly and misinformed most expensive hearing aids out there got same aid for 5k less elswhere don't go! in light of that they where very nice
