Would not recommend. Had all our pipes put under the ground when they installed a new bore pump. Ran the pipes across themselves and over the valve box out of the ground. Rang them and asked for them to be lowered only to be told that they couldnt and we had to put dirt over them, they did not even try........I had to dig it all back up and within 40mins just turned a t piece over to the other side and it all lowered under the ground as in the photo. Customers dont like to be lied too. Photo's are before and after.

Absolute Muppet(Leon) thought he new better than customer, knows nothing,would not recommend unless you want to pay fortune for something you can get for minimum at bunnings, get your facts right mate....Having read previous reviews I think people know what your work and customer relations are like,pretty poor for family business.Now you should tell everyone the truth on what actually happened instead of making out customer was wrong,mmmmmm definitely won't be recommending your business

So helpful, so friendly. It's like having an aunt and uncle who run a reticulation business. Very reasonably priced and first class equipment covered by substantial warranties. Cannot recommend highly enough.

All I can say is how rude and abusive the guy was to my wife at the door. rang them as we had major issue on a sat said not aproblem will be out just after 12 mind you we have no water as mains was the only way to shut the retic off as isolation tap was rusted and not moveable turned up at 220 no call nothing to inform they were even coming had arranged another plumber as not herd anything from them to turn unannounced and abuse my wife go off glad we have it all on camera

Always go here for retic stuff and valuable advice... Len and his staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things.... shop is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and it's all the good trusted brands. Definitely go here instead of Bunnings if you want the personalized attention and quality products.
