Could not recommend the team at Mycar North Rocks highly enough, came in this morning with a very flat tyre.Ziad within 5 minutes came and out and inspected my tyres, to which he showed me that the 4 tyres on the vehicle were below the legal limit. The workshop very promptly got the car in and swapped out the tyres with some brand new pirelli tyres for an awesome price! Along with a wheel alignment, all in under 90 minutes!Ziad and the team really care about the customer and take great pride in their work on your car.Definitely my number 1 mechanic shop from now on!

Drove in with a leaking tyre without a booking, and Jacob managed to fix the tyre same day! They also didn't try to pull the tyre replacement scam a bunch of mechanics do, he was honest about exactly what he did and how much to charge (which wasn't a lot).

If I could rate 10 stars I would. My Car North Rocks diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car promptly. I am so grateful that I took my car here as the issue they found, if not repaired, could have been fatal. So grateful to have found experienced, friendly and honest mechanics. Highly recommend. These guys are absolutely amazing!

Great friendly helpful staff. Helped me with a puncture and back on the road quickly. Tyre even came in a day early with a matched price and one year warranty. Definitely recommend them.

Thanks to the great team helping us out. I went there with to fix my Tyre, even though they are busy they fixed it for me around 1 hour. While we wait I went to the shopping and lunch with my son. Very convenient and excellent location.

Great customer service. Very genuine professionals.Got a nail stuck into my left back tyre, called them this morning, gave me instant appointment, got there in 10mins, had to leave the car and pick it up in 1.5hrs time.My concern was whether they could actually repair the tyre or they will ask me to replace the tyre (the easiest, convenient and business sense).To my surprise they called me within 30mins to tell me that the car is ready, the nail didnt go deeper so they just had to remove the nail without any repair. Got back there, they handed over my car keys. When I asked them the cost, Leon (the customer service personnel, very nice guy) replied, it's free because we did no repairs, we just took out the nail, did every test and realised it never went any deeper so your tyre is good to go.I had earlier gone to a tyre repairer who told me straight away that its beyond repairs so I just have to replace my tyre at a cost of $265.Thanks mycar tyre for your sincerity and high customer service experience. Will get all my friends, colleagues and family to do business with you.

I drove my partner's car in today after she expressed concerns about her steering wheel. The team at Mycare North Rocks checked over the car promptly even though they were short staffed and busy. They reassured us after finding no issues and set my partner's mind at ease as she is always stressing about her car. They are the best mechanics we've been to so far and they are patient and thorough. We'll definitely be coming here again.
