Service was deplorable!!!!! Zero vibe instore, definitely not how I remember Sportsgirl!!!! I chose a pair of shoes and stood there for about 10 minutes. Nobody could be bothered to help. Store wasn't busy at all. I had to ask for my size and the assistant glared at me, took her time to retrieve the shoes from the back room and said here". I took the shoes to the counter and just left them there and walked out. Will NEVER go back there!!!!!SO MUCH FOR A "FLAGSHIP" STORE"

Big compliment for Jess who assisted with my shopping experience on 01/06. I have never come across staff who went all out for a customer at Sportsgirl probably because most of the time I went at peak hours. Jess offered to assist with steam ironing the size 6 of the top she got from the storeroom as there was none on display. Little did she know that it has definitely made my day as I needed that top for that night and had only few hours to get ready for the event that night. Jess was just the angel sent! Her exceptional customer service has definitely upped my shopping experience with Sportsgirl and my perception of Sportsgirl moving forward.

I really like this Sportsgirl store because of the wide range of clothing. Great variety of colours, patterns and styles. Head down the back to check out the sales items. We found some gorgeous sunflower tops and dresses. Enough fitting rooms so you don't have to line up for ages and lots of accessories such as makeup, jewellery and sunglasses. Staff are friendly and helpful and there are enough on the floor that you can easily find someone to ask for help.

as soon as my friend and i walked in they worker ran over to us and followed us around the whole store, then when going to try on she accused us of stealing and while getting changed she opened the curtain, of both change rooms and started yelling one person per change room while we were in our own change rooms.
