I have left our fur baby with Susan on a regular basis since she was a puppy and Susan has been nothing but a professional, kind and caring pet sitter. Poppy runs in the front door super excited every time she goes there and is always provided with lots of love and attention and fun games to keep her entertained. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Susan to anyone that loves their fur babies as we do....I don't even get a second glance when I leave :(

We have two whippets, Rafi and Bobbi, who love spending time with Susan. It is very reassuring whilst away to have feedback from her regarding their activities. Susan sends emails reporting on their behaviour and eating habits etc. They enjoy socializing with the other dogs and her wonderful variety of sleeping beds. They always eat well and come home happy.

Susan is fantastic! The only person I would trust to watch over my fur baby. Alf is treated like her own dog and starts to jump around and squeal in the car every time we turn down her street, and then proceeds to run straight in her house once she opens the door - no look back at poor mum lol. My pup has done weekly daycare and boarded with Susan before and I couldn't be more happy with the service. Couldn't recommend anyone better to watch your pets!

I recently moved to the area & was looking for a safe doggy day care that I felt comfortable leaving my Tilly with. I can not speak anymore highly of Susan & the care that is offered at creature comforts. My Tilly loves coming here. It's like a home away from home for her.Sue is considerate & accommodating to our needs & flexible if the need arises. She treats our Tilly with love & warmth as if she was one her own.I love the home environment that Sue offers, she is considerate of the needs of the pets she cares for. She is diligent with making sure that all the pets in her care display the right temperament. I think the meet & greet she offers is the best way to ensure that all the animals will feel safe & comfortable whilst in her care.I can't thank Sue enough for the love & respect she has shown our dog Tilly. Tilly loves coming here. This is evident when she waits at the door most morning's as she knows she will be going to Sue's. When we arrive, she runs & knocks on the door. Hardly containing her excitement.I would highly reccomend creature comforts & Sue to anyone.

My 2 Cavoodle boys have stayed with Susan twice and I couldn’t be happier with her service. She is caring, professional and highly competent with administering medication for my older boy. Susan treats them like her own pets, they receive endless love, cuddles and enjoy interacting with the other pets staying there. It’s a home away from home and I can go away feeling confident that my boys are being very well looked after. Susan sends regular updates and pictures making me feel at ease about their wellbeing.

Susan has gone above and beyond to care for my pets at my home while I’m away. She is reliable and responsive and after using her services quite a few times now I can thoroughly recommend her. My dog gets all excited to greet her when she does a meet and greet and remembers her each time. My cat who is usually quite timid runs out to greet her too. That’s a good sign that she treats my pets well while I’m away. I trust Susan to provide really good care and communicate well with me. I can relax and enjoy my time away when she is taking care of my pets. Thank you so much Susan!

Susan is an amazing Dogsitter, taking care of my dog as if it were her own. My dog is always excited to arrive at Susan’s and always comes home happy. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Our cavoodle pup Huxley had a wonderful time at Susan's. It was his first 'sleepover' and real opportunity to socalise with other dogs but all our concerns were alleviated when we met Susan - she is a true professional with a great environment tailored to the dogs needs first and foremost. It's clear that she genuinely loves dogs and the level of care she provides is all that you'd hope for and more! We loved receiving the daily updates and photos which made us all smile and was very reassuring. Thanks Susan for a great stay, Huxley is looking forward to his next visit!
