Ouch! Took two visits to fix the problem at total cost of $1200+, no itemisation on invoice, within a month of sending invoice started talking about legal action and tradesman has left filthy handprints on the ceiling access.

The person who came out was late, wrote his arrival as 7.30am, it was 7.48am, I told him the problem and he proceeded to do some tests, there was no communication from him, so just before the hour mark of him being there rolled round, I asked him how he was going, he said no leaks and pressure was fine, I can’t see what’s wrong. At that point I said, I’ll just pay for the call out and leave it at that then, I’m not paying you to waste time looking, I said this because I just wanted him out of there, because a couple of times I looked for him and he wasn’t by his tools and he was on the phone, anyway he proceeded to stay for another hour, waiting for some guy, then he leaves shortly after. Within the two hour mark. So all he did was a couple of tests ultimately and wasted so so much time, I get the invoice and he’s charged me for 3 hours, no itemisation, so unprofessional. One final thing he definitely left within two hours and I didn’t sign anything. After another 1/2 an hour he comes back in to my house, doesn’t knock, just walks in and asks me to sign his phone... of course that’s how they got 3hrs, silly me, very unprofessional and terrible service. Don’t bother!!! I sent them an email about it, with no communication still.
