As soon as I met Juliet in person I decided then and there that she was the one to sell my property. I put an enquiry this morning for an auction guide price for a property in Rockdale but when Juliet rang me she was just rude from the get go.I was just asking for the guide price and she didn’t tell me the guide price. She said it was going for an auction and is wasting her and my time cause it’s over my budget. She said I can’t afford to buy that property. How can she judge me for not being able to afford to buy a property. I’ve dealt with so many agents around the area and they go above and beyond to show the property, give the guide price of the property. How can she say I am not a genuine buyer.I would never recommend such a rude agent to sell their property.

What an amazing job! Our little investment apartment was tired and outdated. A previous attempt to sell hadn’t even gotten 1 serious offer! But when we engaged Juliet and her team, it was a totally different experience. Friendly, efficient, coordinated, professional. Juliet put together a marketing plan that included a renovation. The team then managed every aspect of the renovation from design to approvals to construction. With a relatively small budget (considering the works) our apartment was reinvigorated to such an extent that we almost thought about keeping it for a bit longer!! (Almost!) And then by the time it was market ready, we already started to get really good offers. Within days, we not only sold, but at a price we did not seriously expect was possible in this market! An amazing result from a great team!

She and her team transformed a flat that was unsellable into one that she sold before auction. She project managed a host of tradies, including over the Xmas and New Year period and ensuring no rental income was lost, despite Belle losing the tenants. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I've now engaged them to sell a house.
