I bought a blender from House at Knox city shopping centre last August and during the warranty period it stop working. I took that to the House and staff assistance was absolutely hopeless. They refuse to replace or refund money. They want me to contact the supplier. Absolutely no help. never go to this shop and buy anything.

Had a great experience with the 2 staff members think was a young manager and girl with dark long hair, on last Tuesday. Very helpful and friendly! Went out of there way to get an item for me that wasn’t in the store and was back in 10 mins. Excellent service, will be back

Shocked to be told that cash is not accepted at this store.1) There is NO signage to tell you that before you reach the till 2) Cash is not accepted for small purchases" - mine was more than $150 and I do NOT consider that "small" and 3) How the heck can it be that cash

Minus or zero rating for Jordan at House, Westfield KnoxJordan at the House store in Knox is completely toxic and unpleasant. Sarcasm and accusatory barbs about people of my generation, sexism and taking my attempts at being friendly and everything I said to verbally criticise and censure was unpalatable.He should not be employed in retail & customer service areas. His employment there should be terminated and if he's the store manager there (if he's the same unpleasant guy in another review 2 days ago), he needs to find another job where he doesn't force his opinions on customers or get some serious PR training to not offend customers.

I would give this place a zero star if I could. I purchased this pan from House in Westfield Knox Shopping centre. I did not look at the pan properly myself, my fault. I went home and removed the inner label and was then told by my wife that the pan has two very big dents where the enamel is missing. I went in today to get it exchanged and the lady at the counter told me that they will not exchange it because they will never sell a product like that. I did explain it to her that it has never been used and she told me that she can see that but they will not exchange it. I even asked her, how am I going to damage that. She could not explain. I will NEVER shop here again. I will pass the message to all my friends to never shop here also. Their service is shocking, to blame a customer when the product has never been used.

Disappointed that they now won’t except cash, for smaller purchases l still like to pay with cash this tends to keep monthly charges down a bit but apparently Australian Tender is not good enough for this store, The assistant told me that this is a policy of all their stores, l really don’t need what’s in their store that badly so in future will look and shop at a more cash friendly store. I’ll let my money do the talking for me

Went to Matchbox next to House and all the staff were trying to avoid us trying to look for some juicer to buy. We were ignored so me and my hubby left and went to House instead. As we walked in, the lady was very jolly greeting us Good morning" and were very helpful. So

Was there yesterday Thursday 3/2/22, and I have never been treated so bad by a staff member. Walked into the store ready to update my cookware set, and got told by this male worker that I had to wear a mask with a really rude tone. I said I have an exemption and he started to speak down to me and stated that I had to wear one to “enter his store”, I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager in a rude and stuck up tone.How do you employ someone like this that would speak to your customers like this and think it’s ok? I should not have to explain myself to him on why I don’t wear a mask. I will be also writing to the company itself about this incident.Don’t shop here!
