I would HIGHLY recommend Dish Catering for your special event. The food was delicious and very well presented - many guests mentioned how nice it was and a few said its the best catering they've ever had. Julie and her team are super friendly and easy to work with - they just get on with it and make it a super smooth and effortless event. I compared many companies and thought Dish had the best range and combination of canape options for the best value.

Our Private Client lived in Dubai and was coming home to be with her family, in Hamilton, for the holidays. As the guest list compiled of Foreign Diplomats, close family and friends she wanted a high quality event with fresh beautiful food – but still lots of fun. Our client's comments - Everyone is raving about the food and service and I have had constant emails to say you did an outstanding job. We had VIP's and a top Brisbane caterer present and they all said that the food was the freshest and best quality and the presentation was fantastic.

I attended my friends' wedding that Dish Catering did all the food for. The set up was beautiful and everybody raved about the food. They provided vegan options for some of us and we were so impressed with the quality and presentation - many restaurants and caterers have no idea when it comes to vegan food but Dish Catering went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. So much so, that I asked them to cater for a small birthday celebration. Julie was so lovely and helpful - returned my (numerous) calls promptly and worked with me to create a really special celebration - not an easy thing during this time of covid. All our guests loves the food - omnivores, vegetarians and vegans were very happy and so impressed. Garry is an amazing and creative chef and nothing seems to phase Julie. I love these people! Highly recommended!

Our experience was nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!The food was impressive, and every dish was absolutely delicious!! Restaurant quality. I have had comments by all the guests i’ve spoken to since the event that they loved the food.I attend alot of events for work and can honestly say this is the best catering I have ever experienced.Also the service by Julie and her team was great too! They were professional, punctual, and lovely ladies. And they went over and above to help with other tasks to help make the event run smoothly.I will definitely use Dish’s services in the future if I am having an event, and would recommend if you want impressive high quality food.

We recently used Dish Catering for our wedding reception. The team at Dish were amazing to work with - leading up to the event they were so happy to accommodate our dietary requirements and menu changes and had great communication throughout the whole process. However, where they really shined was on the night - their service was seamless, and the meals were fantastic. Generous portions and quality ingredients. We had so many people complimenting the food (and feeling extremely sad if they couldn't finish everything on their plate!). Thanks Dish for making our event one to remember!!

I loved the look of Dish Catering's menu and was excited to book them for my wedding next year. Emailed and the lady said she would call me. Never received a call, so I finally called them to clarify some things. Was told to do up an enquiry online with my preferences and they would send me a quote. Did so, never recieved a quote back or any correspondence. Even sent a follow up email and no response. Poor customer service. Glad I didn't hire them, because I can't imagine how slack they would have been after payment. Would not recommend.Edit: the owner has chosen to reply saying that I sent an email with my number and they called me. This is completely false. I gave my number on a Sunday and she confirmed saying I would get a call Monday 5pm. This never happened so I called on the Wednesday and spoke to a male representative. He told me to submit a quote which I did. I then waited a week and sent a follow up email asking if they had received it as I hadn't heard from them. No response. The owner is replying with false information and not taking responsibility for their lack off communication or customer service.

So impressed with Dish Catering. High quality and delicious food, friendly on time service, fast response times to questions and queries...all round excellent service...best catering I've ever had for an event. Thank you!
