Super knowledgeable, everyone was very kind and nice although there is a bit of a wait however the Vet and nurses do not rush you at all. Every check up is done thoroughly and they do their very best to not force my dog if she’s scared.

My anxious lab is always so happy coming here. The vets and nurses handle him so well and make him feel comfortable. The pricing is reasonable and I am always given a bunch of different options for what pathway to go down with Marley’s treatment so I never feel pressured to do anything extreme. Always excellent customer service from the staff, I’ll always come back here.

Came to get my dogs nails clipped here and they charged an extra $10 because they needed 3 people to do it. Paid $37 just to clip nails which is so ridiculous. Note that my dogs a small jack Russell.

Always had very nice experience here. The nurses are lovely. I have had good experience with the vet too. Been taking my puppy here since I got her. Only good thing to say about this place.

Found a very wet 'Roxy', with no contact details on her collar after a thunderstorm lasy Thursday and brought her here for a scan to get her back to her family. The staff left messages on contact numbers and I left Roxy. Resisting the urge to make a follow up call to check they made contact.

This vet facility is a little on the expensive side but…doctors are very professionals and with good knowledge also they take the time to educate customers which is a plus…..very happy dog owner here!

Receptionist Jordan is a special class of veterinary clinic admin staff. So much so that our Pug Brutus got extra excited to meet her. Very professional centre, but can't wait until they move back to Elizabeth Drive.
