Such a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The historical gardens and trees offer so much to discover, and the amazing bird life adds to the tranquility. This property is well mapped out and easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend a wander through, we know that we will be back! Thanks for sharing your property with us.

What a lovely place to escape to, even if only for a day! The several acres of exotic and fully matured trees surprised beyond expectations! Then we loved the well manicured gardens. Exploring a bit further we found the secluded fern tree walk along the creek, stone walls for the terracing and yet another secluded area where tennis was once played, and afternoon tea taken. For me, the rambling '60s mud-brick home is in itself a joy to see along with its especially thick walls, its 'modern' design and the generous use of selected timbers presenting a classic architectural design and a structure built to present itself as a very long term family home. Loved it all!

Visiting this place of serenity is top of my list for relaxation and beauty. Several acres of bushland, matured trees, exotic plants with the presensce of beautiful wildlife. Just walking around the garden with the fresh mountain air is well worth the trip. Will return again.

A walk amongst the magnificent trees, bushes and ferns of Cooinda Gardens can be both peaceful and breathtaking. It's setting between the main road and Turitable Creek provides a perfect contrast to city life; a place where you can admire and enjoy the well established plants and local bird life which surround the beautifully restored mud brick home. Always worth a visit.

An amazing property with a fantastic history, many different exotic species of plants and trees dating back to the 1800's all named and numbered, very relaxed setting. All property info and history provided on arrival, a must see in the Macedon Ranges!
