Went in today looking for NYX products. A staff member named Gen (short bob hair), helped me, as the product ran out on shelf. Gen was so friendly and ran around to help even though it was a really busy day. Her friendly smile really made a difference to an otherwise stressful day. Thanks again.

Me and my friend went shopping in price line trying to find a nice mascara. My friend decided to try on a mascara (that had previously already been opened) and my friend got stopped by a worker saying she had to buy the mascara, we did not realize that it was not a tester and we explained that to her but she told us we had to buy it. Bad service and bad attitude was shown, never coming back.

Well stocked store selling cosmetics, perfumes, hair straighteners and curlers as well as standard items you'd expect to find in a chemist such as bandaids and creams. Well organised, so items are easy to find. Prices are reasonable. There were no staff on the floor that I could see, but the lady at the register was friendly and efficient.

40% off promotion. its good time to snap up and store away items. i got pretty good experience today as the staff (i regret not asking her name) really helped me out for finding the item which left only one stock. she called other branch (camberwell) to check if they still have the stock. she knows how to make customers! thanks!

The assistant manager that was working, Vicki, helped me with everything i needed and patiently answered my million and one questions to find the perfect product for my daughter, Lourdes. I am exceptionally grateful as most retail assistants would grow impatient and redundant to help. Thank you Vicki for your assistance, and thank you Priceline Chadstone you really know how to choose your staff wisely.

The management and customer service are much worse than a few years before. It really needs to improve and someone willing to do their job.

I came here with a friend and got stopped at the exit and she was told to empty her bag fully the worker grabbed her bag and began looking through she then found a lipgloss that she had previously bought two weeks ago the worker then continued to harass us as she accused her of stealing even though you could clearly see the lipgloss was old. More workers then approached us telling us they had cameras we told then to check them then another said she was calling security absolutely disgusting racist behaviour they had been following us around the store when we walked in even though we had no suspicious behaviour disgusting will definitely not be coming here again stop the racism. just because we are people of colour doesn’t mean we deserve this treatment!

Products are nice and easy to find, but the people in front of reception is rude, not greeting, no eye contact, no communication, absolutely no thank you! And she seems talkative to previous customers, just do them to me, good job, obviously racist!

Workers always think you’re gonna steal and follow you around, when I bought they didn’t even say hello or thank you

The staff are always attentive and take the time to help the customer depending on their needs. The store is always presented well, clean, stock is lined up and easily accessible. Katherine is an absolute gem. She is genuinely kind, caring, and willing to look after her customers. Thank you :)
