WARNING - STOP (I have been ask to change my review by the owner) - I Still don't have the floor I paid for after 2 years of being mucked aroundDO NOT use these peopleFact 1 - Flooring was delivered on a rainy day (my husband had to help bring the panels in.Fact 2 - Crew did not arrive on day installation of floors were booked for, had to reschedule twice (2 years ago)Fact 3- When crew did arrive, they were Hungover and one still smelt like alcoholFact 4 - After 6 months floor started to WarpFact 5 - Owner of Business told me just to hammer itFact 6 - Owner of Business ghosted me for over 8 months not returning my callsFact 7 - Owner & supplier blaming each other for the fault in my floorFact 8 - Owner finally advised after 18 months of ghosting said he would fix my floorsFact 9 - Supplier came and pulled my floors up and did not install my new flooring siting moisture and said they would be back after 3 weeks to reinstall,Fact 10 - After another 5 months I am still waiting for my floor to be re-instated or refunded and now the Owner of company is saying that its not his problem when I paid him and had the contract through him.
