Chemist Warehouse Forest Hill Brentford Square

Overall great help from chemist Warehouse to source a hard to get perfume. This particular Warehouse had plenty of stock of the item. Very happy,

1. DO PRICE MATCH FIRST. I bought supplements from them and 10 mins later I found WWS (beside them) is much cheaper than them. I went right back to store but they won’t refund me because they said it’s consumable product. How can it be consumed if it only stays in my car for 10 mins?2. THEY USE POLICY AGAINST CUSTOMERS. Even the policy just mentions Consumable products eg. food and drinks. They will tell you supplements also belong to consumable products.3. THEY BLAME YOU. When I found other stores are cheaper and wanted return the product I bought from them 10 mins ago. They blame on you that why you don’t come back and do price matching first.

Amy was so helpful and friendly. I came in for some advice and she was so thorough to make sure she was meeting my budget and also something that would be helpful to me. She was so empathetic and made me feel like she had time for me and wasn’t in a rush which made it easier for me to ask some more questions instead of standing there and googling for myself like I usually find myself doing in other chemists. It was just such a comfortable experience where she made me feel at ease to discuss some really personal things. Thank you

Very friendly staff and tidy store :) Would give 5 stars but noticed the protein powder were in direct sunlight. Visited during a hot day (NYE around 5pm) so the protein shelf was full blasted with hot sun. My partner touched the protein powder items and iirc, they were the Optimum/Musashi brands and they were very hot to the touch. Store manager might want to check on the longevity of those items and be more vigilant on how those items are stored as those can't be exposed to heat and moisture. Should've taken photos but was in a rush.

From 5 stars to 1 stars, arrogant service level by Manager Michel. She doesn't want to listen to customers at all.

I was very disappointed with the security when I went to visit my local Chemist Warehouse at Brentford Square yesterday.I am a mother of two young boys, my son being a 2 year old toddler had grabbed a Kinder Surprise from the register area and we walked down Isle 1. I saw he had it in his hands as he was asking me to buy it for him. I said ‘no’ and put it back on the shelf in Isle 1.I picked up my medication and headed to the register to pay, the security guard could see I was flustered as I was dealing with two young kids that were running around and I was juggling all my products that I was paying for. He comes up to me and starts accuses my toddler of stealing a Kinder Surprise, and that I should be watching him better. I told him he absolutely didn’t and to go check the isle. He said it wasn’t good enough and that he ate it and he stole, making a huge scene.I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, if he was a good security guard he would have saw me put it back on the shelf. Instead he accuse my baby of being a ‘thief’ in front of everyone in the store, humiliating me.As I was leaving he was watching what car me and my family were getting into and was watching us leave. Intimidating me. Making me feel unwelcome.I have never, not once been accused of stealing. Instead of accusing a mother with two young children of stealing a chocolate, perhaps look for some real criminals and leave us alone.It will be very hard to shop there again, I am a regular there and I can not believe the way I was treated.

Have to say that this is the best CW I have ever been to and I have certainly visited numerous stores in the past. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Harry, a pharmacist at this store holds a wealth of knowledge and is more than happy to take the time the time to explain everything thoroughly. Want to commend him for the outstanding customer service provided on a consistent basis. He displays genuine care and passion as a pharmacist which is a rare trait to find these days. My experience at this CW has always been good and I believe this level of standard needs to be recognised in the form of a review. Well done Harry and keep up the amazing work!

Great customer service by the staff, good size store compare to other chemist warehouses. Staff very willing to help and very friendly. The lady in the perfume area and her coworker did a great work assisting me and the customers in the area definitely great service.

Without a doubt, this is the best Chemist Warehouse I have ever visited. Not only do the chemists go out of their way to help but the floor and register staff are extremely helpful. Never have I been to a Chemist Warehouse where the staff have approached me and asked if I needed any help. Normally staff in other stores go about stocking the shelves and ignore you but not at this facility. Each staff member is very helpful and other chemist stores could learn a thing or two from the staff at this facility. I visit here regularly and have not yet had a bad or unpleasant experience.

This is easily the best Chemist Warehouse I've ever visited. My GP gave me an imprecise prescription, and pharmacist Harry went to extraordinary lengths to contact my doc and clear things up. The other staff that I encountered were also very friendly and helpful. I only wish this was my local CW.
