Cancelled my doordash order as the driver got to the store saying they were out of a item. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal with a extra sprite and 3 nuggets and didn't receive a call or message stating so. Disappointed and dissatisfied with this outcome

I ordered a Jack's Chicken Burger.. Was suppose to be Crunchy as shown on Posters & Adds, but was not. Have had them before. So much Crunch, just like KFC but Crunchier. Was Disappointed. Service was Good. Staff were Friendly. Store was Tidy & Clean.

I always get cheated on my meals . When I order nuggets ? I don’t get nuggets . I pay for source ? I don’t get source . I pay for a drink ? I get no straws . Wanting decent lettuce ? I get last weeks lettuce that’s been out of the fridge too long and it’s slosh . I want dinner ? I get half my order . Don’t want to cook ? Gotta pull out the air fryer so I don’t get salmonella (made my partner very sick) . I want good chippies ? That’s the only redeeming quality . Seriously , I spend $50 at your store and I get $20 worth of my meal EVERY TIME I ORDER . Very very very unhappy . You guys holding 20 chicken nuggies out on me . Wish I could just walk in and tell them they own me my nuggies but sadly it don’t work that way and now I’m sad without nuggies … guys … you do realise it’s a business … not a game ….

Chicken is dry and crust hard. It was tasteless. The chips had way to much salt. This was a awful meal deal and your chicken burgers are horrible. Chicken nuggets were tasteless and were dry.

Hungry Jacks is what it is. Consistent and value for the dollar fast food. My only issue is that they open so late in the morning... It would be a good option for a coffee on the way to work if it were open.

Very poor experience. Pathetic attempt of an impersonation of food". Slow service inside even though there was only a few customers inside. When it finally arrived the burger looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the board and looked as though it was thrown together from a distance by a child under 10. Chicken inside it was flat and rubbery

Site was clean and tidy. Service was a tad cool; a warm reception is welcoming. Food is standard HJ's fare. Fast and warm. The Whopper junior is tasty, filling and the right size for a quick lunch.
