Just bought my second bike from Matt jones and once again the service was incredible, Richard is the dad I never had haha.

Bought my Honda 12 months ago and couldn't be happier. Friendly and helpful staff and servicing charges are reasonable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good deal on a Honda or Kawasaki.Two years now and the bike has not missed a beat. Just put new tyres on after 19,000ks and l have kept up my regular servicing of the bike at Matt Jones.Still happy with the bike and the service from the dealership.

I used to despair that all the good bike shops disappeared during COVID and had either folded or had been swallowed up by the Peter Stevens conglomerate (a company I hate with a passion). Matt Jones Motorcycles stands alone as being independent and a really good dealership to boot, which given they are about 45 minutes from home a good find. A big shout-out to Tayla who sold me my new bike, she went above and beyond to answer all my stupid questions and nothing was too much trouble. Also a big shout out to the Service Department who gave my bike its first service today.

I could proudly say this is the best Kawasaki dealership that one could ever visit. Richard was a 5/5 dealer who helped with any questions I had in mind, the purchase and insurance was too easy. I cannot suggest this place enough.

Never felt happier handing over hard earned then with Matt Jones Motorcycles.I dealt with Richard who was absolutely fantastic from the beggining when a deposit was placed right through to the very end when i was able to ride home.Hes very approachable and always happy to chat, a few times i even forgot i bought a bike off him hahah.The staff were happy to walk me through the functions of the bike and accessories which was great as it was a lot to take in.Prices were great when compared to other dealerships and the service was great also.The service department take pride in their work and ensure a superb service while caring for your bike.Overall a fantastic experience that left me smiling everytime i walked out those doors.

I purchased a bike here and Richard who was absolutely fantastic, super easy to talk to and very approachable explained everything I need to know in great details and walked me through the whole process, gave me great deals compared to other dealerships but the service from him and all the staff here were amazing !Even after picking up my bike I still regularly go here to get what I need or even to simply say hello because the service and experience here was above and beyond.Highly recommended!!
