Fabulous gentle yoga session for me as a beginner. Wrong time of the year for the beach yoga but might have to go back in warmer months.Thanks for accommodating Nicole.

Nicole is an incredible yoga teacher! Every class I attended left me feeling replenished, fresh and at peace. Nicole always offers different levels of practice to suit all who join and will do her best to cater to any injuries or sore spots.Nicole is such a warm, wholesome and happy woman, and this radiates throughout her classes. This, combined with her wide range of knowledge on health and wellness makes for a beautiful yoga experience.I can’t wait to go back to Nourish Yoga!

Best yoga experience I have had! Nicole pours her heart into her practice, obviously apparent that she is eager to pass on benefit and blessings to all in her class, a very 'nourishing' experience. And a good array of poses for those who are new to Yoga, able to offer more gentle postures for those who want an easier flow and something for all others.

Yoga in a spectacular setting on Signal Point is a wonderful way to start the day! Nikki is so calming, relaxed and positive. I highly recommend a class to any visitor to the island - it’s an absolute must do!

What a beautiful experience.... Yoga at Lord Howe Island with Nicole. Whether it was in the church or at Neds Beach Nicoles' yoga practice is a great mix of strength, flow, deep breathing, and relaxation. I loved my sessions with her.
