Taj Indian Masala Restaurant
We had chana bhatura (or chole - must try), amritsari fish fry, chicken noodles, chicken biryani, egg fried rice, gulab jamun..All were good in taste, good amount of quality & quantity..They also do accept party reservation, catering..Washroom available.. just outside home bush statn.. also in walkable distance from strathfield..

Been eating at this restaurant for a while now and always enjoyed the delicious food. The food quality has been great always but noticed from last few times that the staff working at the front lacks customer service skills. They don’t greet properly and are always in rush and don’t have the right attitude. Otherwise it’s always a great experience.

Never really liked it. Tried it again because a friend recommended it, but was pretty disappointed.Wouldn't recommend, won't be going again.Quick update, this food has made me very very sick. The worst I've gotten because of food.

Butter Naan was good.Chicken tikka isn’t great.Chicken Tandoori was ok.For the price range they deliver but the taste isn’t great. Ambience is ok !

Taj Indian Masala Restaurant
Food was good but worst customer service. Waitstaff didn’t bother to take order, kept forgetting the order, avoided eye contact to avoid serving our table. We asked about available alcohols and person working had no idea what they have. I had show them that they have beer in the fridge thats when staff accepted serving it. There is no doubt that food is above average but customer service is just bringing the rating down.

I recently visited Taj with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal. However, my experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing due to their mishandling of my order and their refusal to rectify the situation.Upon placing my order, I clearly specified my preferences and double-checked with the server to ensure there were no mistakes over the phone . Unfortunately, when the food we opened at home was wrong. We ordered veg Rohan josh and they gave us meat.I immediately notified them over the phone. To my surprise, the server seemed indifferent and showed no concern for the error. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, they tried to convince me that I had received the correct dish. It was evident that they were unwilling to acknowledge their mistake.The lack of empathy and refusal to address the error left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my dining experience. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service.In addition to the incorrect order and the refusal to swap, the overall quality of the food was mediocre at best. The flavors were bland, and the presentation lacked finesse. Considering the hefty prices they charge, I had expected much better.I strongly advise potential diners to think twice before visiting Taj. Their inability to handle mistakes and their unwillingness to satisfy their customers is a clear indication of their lack of professionalism and commitment to customer service. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that value their customers and strive to provide a positive dining experience. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and choose elsewhere for your next meal.

Food was fine, tried it after long time. But the service from the staff which we have received is the worst till now I have ever received in any circumstance and place. It's fairly understandable if that happens in busy time, but there was no one except me and my friend. It is highly recommended that they can try to fix that issue asap.

Ordered uber eat. Forgot the stuffing for pani puri. Chicken soup with no taste and sight of chicken. They redelivered, and this is what we got. Seriously????The worst service and food you can ever get in sydney.Thank you Taj.
