DO NOT DEAL WITH SAMANTHA ALEXIOU FROM THE RESERVIOR OFFICE!!!! WORSE EXPERIENCE. She is very ignorant and unprofessional. Incompetent and just a rude person. Hangs up the phone. Very negligent whilst dealing with her in particular to returning my bond, very shifty. No communication skills. Worse experience ever. Becareful!!!
