We engaged Artie's Demolition to demolish a house with asbestos walls. Since we invited Greg to inspect the house and provide a quote, we could see his professionalism from first few minutes discussion through quoting and finalisation of the order. Greg started and knocked down our job earlier than expected and provided all required paperwork/certificates in a timely manner. More than that, our Builder site supervisor challenged site hand-over with an excuse of asbestos presence over very small of non-asbestos chip. While calling Greg for this, he was fully confidence and firm confirming site clearance of asbestos and he take it further calling on our Builder team to explain to them but they were rude to him (sorry again Greg). Greg advised us to take this sample to a laboratory for analysis and lab results were good enough to knockdown Builder's allegations with just $40.00 cost. if someone else not Greg, could use this opportunity to earn some more money for repeating inspection and issuance of new asbestos clearance certificate. We highly recommend Artie's Demolition and thanking them again for well done job.
