These guys are great.I called up Flick realty because I needed some advice about some construction on a property and what that would mean for the rental market.I spoke to Donna. She was extremely experienced in property management but also in construction. She gave me all the different scenarios and options and I was very impressed with how much she knew about the building process and how to manage tenancies through that time. It was an extremely informative call and I am very grateful for the insights and strategy.I would definitely recommend this agency because they are friendly and they are very knowledgeable and happy to help everyone. That's the sign of a good reputation in my opinion.

Rented a property through Flick realty for ~3 years and they were always amazing to deal with. Prompt response time with any property issues and always sent through relevant details so we as tenants knew what the timeline looked like for any repairs etc. Misty was in charge of our rental for a large portion of the time and she was without a doubt the best property manager we have ever dealt with. Had a lesser number of interactions with Donna but she was great as well. Overall cannot fault Flick Realty at all.

First Class ServiceI was fortunate enough to have a work colleague refer Muriel to me for the sale of my property and I can not fault her market knowledge, approach and work ethic. Muriel was outstanding from the outset and a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to meet with me at my property to view and discuss what returns I could expect, how quickly I could expect the house to settle and what little things I could do to make the house presentable for market and maximise its value! I followed Muriels advice and found myself in the position of accepting an offer at a sale value well above my expectations in just 3 days of the property being on the market. I will be referring Muriel to all my friends and family who may be looking to sell their properties in the future.

Donna manages my investment and does an amazing job of making sure everything is organised perfectly. I highly recommend Donna and the team for property management.

Communication with them are fantastic, and they will go that extra mile when need be - Mike bent over backwards recently to sell a property for us. Misty is an exceptional property manager who I have had the pleasure of dealing with for the 2 years of my lease with Flick Realty. She is always very professional and has the best interest for her owners and tenants in mind. Her ability to problem solve is exemplary as well as her quality of service. She is a hard worker and is always quick to respond. I couldn't have asked for a better property manager. We will miss her but always keep her in mind for future tenancies.

I was a tenant in a Flick Realty property for six months. Overall, I enjoyed my time at the property and left due to a rent increase that I could not afford.At initiation of the lease the in-going property condition report was not updated to reflect the current state of the property. This was evident from several different items, including the recorded meter reading being ten-fold lower than the true value. When it was indicated to the property manager that the in-going property condition report had not been completed at my start of the tenancy it was stated that the in-going pictures will suffice and capture any discrepancies. Additionally, I was asked if I want to terminate the lease which I did not want to. As a result of the PCR not being completed by the property manager I was required to thoroughly complete my section of this to reflect the properties true condition. The property manager was invited to re-inspect the property and declined. The property manager accepted all my changes without review. The lack of care with accurately completing the property condition report came across with severe disregard to me as a tenant and additionally was negligent on behalf of the owner of the property. It also did not fulfill the legal requirements of a lessor.During my tenancy only a single inspection was performed, and this was completed by the homeowner and not the Flick Realty property manager. This is highly unusual compared to my previous tenancies where an initial inspection occurs at the 6-week mark and consecutively every three months following. Inspections with all other agencies I have rented from have been performed by the respective property manager. I did agree to the inspection being performed by the homeowner prior to the inspection.At the end of tenancy, I was not invited or informed about the final out-going inspection by the property manager which is a requirement of the lessor. The property manager raised several items that required attention that were described by myself on the in-going property condition report and not caused due to my tenancy. Due to this the bond had to be resolved in court, where only the homeowner attended without any assistance from Flick Realty. This was stated as highly unusual by the Magistrate. The owner requested $1140.80 of the bond money and settlement was achieved at $350.00. Only items where I had previously accepted damage in communication with the homeowner were compensated.I would discourage any future homeowners or tenants from seeking any service from Flick Realty due to the above statements. The company has a lack of care for lessor requirements stated in legislation which severely affects both parties. Of note the homeowner leased his property through a separate agency at the end of my tenancy.Please note evidence for all above statements were shown in court and any disagreement from Flick Realty is unwarranted.Edit 21st June 2023:There is a Google Review by Rory Davey that Flick Realty has claimed to have never had any dealings with. Flick Realty are claiming he is a friend of mine intentionally leaving a negative review. Flick Realty approved Rory to move into the property midway through the lease I held with them. I have this in writing in an email I received from Donna on 14/02/2022 and will provide this to anyone that would like the evidence. Additionally, this was also provided as evidence in court.Flick Realty never formally added Rory to the lease or bond. This again demonstrates the severe disregard Flick Realty has for tenancy legislation that both affects the tenant and landlord. Additionally, it demonstrates their attempts to undermine all negative reviews published online. As previously stated I will provide all evidence to any one that wishes to see it regarding all claims within this review.Whether you are a tenant or landlord, do not use the services of Flick Realty.
