This place is just outstanding and worth every sent. And every minute your here will be absolute relaxation and tranquility. First two massage sessions with Elsa were really great I thought they were the best I had in Sydney 10 out of 10. Front desk has always been friendly. Tea is absolutely the best. These are the reasons I came back, told my brother to come here and he was very satisfied as well.Unfortunately my last visit wasn’t as pleasant as the first ones. It seemed the lady just rubbed her thumbs all over me or ran her palms throughout and that’s it, then sneezed once close to my right foot and once to my left leg while discharging some sort of fluid on both occasions - i felt them. Disgusting? Of course. It was disappointing and totally not worth the $89. I’d say 3 out of 10 is generous. I won’t take my chances here again. Sorry I won’t be back.

I have been going here since 2012 and they are really good.Every month and sometimes after two weeks I go to get remedial massage.I love the place after the renovation. More privacy and you get to have a free hot stone massage. I love how they crack my bones. Soooo relaxing.I have been recommending this place to my friends and they all love it and keep coming back for a massage. Thanks guys04.09.2018I went for remedial massage again yesterday after I post my last review.So far that's the worst experience I had. Not sure if the lady was new.They used cold old on me and gave me luke warm tea for a drink.Not very happy after yesterday's service. When I told the lady in the reception about it, she said they use cold oil becaus of the weather. I dont think thats true. I did not receive any apologies for the cold tea as well. So not happy after yesterday's service.

The lady with brassy orange hair was shocking. She did not alter her technique when i told her on multiple occasions with was uncomfortable and when i said 'ouch', or even when i flinched or tensed up. I had to tell her to stop when she was pulling my hairs out from the roots. I absolutely would not go back to this place. Worst massage i have experienced, was ove overpriced and made me feel more stressed and aching than before i went in

Aroma Therapy Massage..This is my 1st time taking Thai massage and it was very splendid experience and Ms. Lee (Parramatta Branch) who handled each and every muscle... in a professional way.... Oh my God ! that was awesome... Thanks Ms. Lee, you did a Great Job !!!I would recommend to try it out once ! its worth every penny... Cheers...

Amazing in Australia.Best massage we ever had. Very cleaned place and too comfortable. Owner is Thai and serviced us very friendly. She and her staff are so professional. They explained and recommended the best thing we should have. Very relaxing as well as top class spa in Thailand. We definitely visit here again when we’re next in Australia.

Tried several times until I realized service wasn't very professional.. felt like they just applying oil and not really doing a proper massage, won't be coming back!Staff talks while doing the massage, it disrupt the relaxing ambience, don't bother answering the question 'where to focus?' As they don't do it anyway..

This was a great massage. I was really impressed by the the service. I had a full body massage (1 hour) and I was really impressed by the attention to sensitive areas and the stretching that I received at the end of the massage. For $59 you can get a hot stone and oil service. That's great value when compared to some of the other massage operators in the area.

From the minute I was welcomed in the whole experience was incredible, unfortunately the other patrons didn't have the same respect, which is no fault to the staff, but lucky they only came in towards the end of treatment. I purchased Combo 2 which was great value for what you received and they are not like other places that set timers.I am so appreciative and locked in another treatment for 2 weeks time! =)
